LIVERPOOL MUSIC WEEK 2007

‘Oh My God…’ Kaiser Chiefs are now confirmed to perform at this years Liverpool Music Week and will be performing at Aintree Pavillion on Friday 7th December.
The 5 piece band named after the former South African football club of Leeds United player Lucas Radebe have risen through the ranks of rock and roll over the last few years headlining some of the worlds biggest festivals, performing their stadium filling songs that include ‘I Predict A Riot’, ‘Ruby’, ‘Every Day I Love You Less & Less’ and ‘Oh My God’ to name a few.
They opened up the Live 8 concert in Philadelphia before the release of their 2005 Mercury Prize nominated debut album ‘Employment’ which broke the US market and topped the UK Charts, to date the album has sold over 3 million records. As well as sweeping the board at last years Brits taking home awards for ‘Best Group’, ‘Best British Rock Act’ and ‘Best Live Act’, energetic, tweed wearing and charismatic frontman Ricky Wilson is the only man in rock who can make ‘cow bells’ cool.
Despite achieving world wide success, this will be the Kaiser chiefs first ever headline arena show in Liverpool, a major coup for the 10 day festival. Other high calibre artists confirmed to perform include No.1 album selling artiste Hard Fi, Madness, The Chemical Brothers, The Bees, Pendulum (Live), Simian Mobile Disco (Live), Good Shoes, James Yorkston, Dan le Sac v Scroobius Pip, Friendly Fires and Lightspeed Champion
Cream CEO James Barton comments: “This is the icing on the cake, The Kaiser Chiefs are one of the UK biggest acts right now and it’s a delight to have them performing for Liverpool Music Week.”
Liverpool Music Week Founder Mike Deane: “It’s fantastic to be able to attract a band of this size to Liverpool to headline the festival. We’ll now be looking to expand our inner-city programme on Closing Weekend to accommodate a further 10,000 Kaiser fans going in search of Liverpool Music Week shows & venues in the city centre.”
The full line-up of the inner city festival will be announced in the next few weeks including the cream of Liverpool's live scene across 15 city centre venues.
Liverpool Music Week also offers new and emerging talent a platform to perform to a live audience and offers the public the chance to see the finest new music from a vast selection of musical styles, creating a week of performance from the future of UK music. Liverpool Music Week is a musical festival for all ages, Under 14’s attending Aintree Pavillion events must be accompanied by an Adult. Carling Academy Events are open to Over 14’s (under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult), excluding Pendulum Live which is an Over 18’s event. All events are standing.

klub sredniej wielkosci z bardzo niskim sufitem jak Ktos ma klaustrofobie to sie tam udusi - bez kitu
polozony w samym centrum Londynu co sprawia ,ze mocno zatloczony i bilety lepiej nabyc predzej .
tak se mi sie tam podobalo , Jeff Mills z cala pewnoscia tam nie pasowal ...
